At the company\u2019s request, this included not only the preparation of a classic needs and development plan, but also an organisation-related analysis and consulting regarding different conceptual implementation options. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key challenges arose in particular from the predominantly part-time staffing of functions within the industrial fire brigade, with declining operational capability, while at the same time there is a high hazard potential and correspondingly high requirements for the company\u2019s emergency response.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"background-color:#e29f8c;color:#e29f8c\"\/>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"141\" height=\"141\" src=\"https:\/\/luelf-plus.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2025\/09\/klemmbrett.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4839\" style=\"width:90px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/luelf-plus.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2025\/09\/klemmbrett.svg 150w, https:\/\/luelf-plus.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2025\/09\/klemmbrett.svg 300w, https:\/\/luelf-plus.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2025\/09\/klemmbrett.svg 1024w, https:\/\/luelf-plus.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2025\/09\/klemmbrett.svg 141w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 141px) 100vw, 141px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 id=\"Aufgabenstellung\">Objective<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aim of the assessment was to develop a robust, strategic concept for the future direction of the industrial fire brigade.
