Emergency Response Planning

Hazards cannot be ruled out.

But they can be managed with a plan.

Clearly defined.
Absolutely worthwhile:

Fundamentals and objectives

If your operation is subject to the extended obligations of the 12th BImSchV (Major Accidents Ordinance), you operate a tunnel facility, or you are classified as a KRITIS company, then you require an emergency response plan (AGAP).

However, even if your operation is not legally required to prepare an AGAP, you will benefit noticeably from a structured emergency response plan, as it makes it easier for you to return efficiently from crisis mode to normal operations.

How we proceed

Lülf+ supports your company in preparing the AGAP and accompanies site-specific processes to protect employees, emergency responders, neighbours and the environment.

We always work closely with the on-site project team. The aim of this collaboration is not only to meet legal requirements, but to create a document that generates real added value for everyone involved. We place the highest value on clear instructions, easy-to-follow presentations and practical benefit.

In emergency management, the rule is: “In a crisis, know who’s who.” For this reason, we also support you with implementing the plan. In addition, we are your contacts for training and exercises to embed the defined processes.

Proven, safe, functional:

Layout and structure

In particular, the substantial depth of content enables you to move quickly into structured action in a hazardous situation. At the same time, the document serves as a guideline for training and instruction at your site.

Through our collaboration with the supervisory authorities, you receive a legally compliant and functional document for your operation.

Structured, practical, collaborative:

the project process

Regardless of whether this is an update of your current emergency response plan or you would like to create an AGAP for the first time:

For a successful project kick-off, we define foreseeable events and relevant stakeholders in an initial joint workshop.

We then derive the necessary communication channels and action plans – always taking into account your operational organisation or existing documents such as the safety report, for example.

Close collaboration with you ensures that the processes developed can be easily implemented in your day-to-day organisation.

In further workshops, we develop any additional measures as required and specify your particular requirements for presentation and structure.

This structured process ensures a systematic approach and effective implementation of our joint project.
