Plan the concept.
Connect partners.
Monitor implementation.
From small corporate events and town festivals to major events such as trade fairs, festivals or matches at international football tournaments:
Events take place in almost every municipality. Experience from Germany and abroad shows that the importance of safety concepts is steadily increasing.
Event Safety
The range of challenges is broad and includes, among other things:
fundamental legal issues and requirements (e.g. MVStättVO),
the perspective of the licensing authority,
visitor satisfaction and safety, i.e. safety planning and concept development, monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety requirements on site.
This is exactly where we support you with our services:
Holistic safety concept
As the event organiser, we develop your holistic safety concept and, if required, also represent it at upcoming appointments with the authorities.
Official review
As an authority, we review the safety concept for the event you are to approve.
On-site support for the safety concept
We support your event on site and assume the role of Safety Manager for you. This includes monitoring and ensuring compliance with the defined measures from the safety concept.
Service provider network
We connect you with suitable service providers for your requirements in the context of safety management.
The diagram shows the stakeholders involved in event safety.
In the centre is the term “Stakeholders”.
Around it, eight actors are arranged as boxes (top, left, right and bottom):
– Event organisers
– Stewarding
– Safety management
– Licensing authority (with all its departments)
– BOS (authorities and organisations with security tasks)
– Visitors
– Traffic
– Police
The illustration shows that, in planning and delivering
event safety, numerous different actors with their own
interests work together and must be coordinated.

What legal requirements apply to holding the event?
Lülf+ Academy:
In our Academy, we offer, among other things, in-house seminars as well as intensive coaching and support in developing safety concepts.
We can draw on a large network that connects people from a wide range of fields. Our network partners come from the event industry and the service sector, from authorities, emergency services and aid organisations, as well as from civil protection.
We contribute extensive first-hand experience from practice and voluntary service, especially in emergency and crisis management, fire safety watches, medical services and much more.
As the number one point of contact for hazard prevention in municipalities and businesses, we bring in-depth knowledge of interactions, for example with day-to-day hazard prevention or disaster management.
You benefit from the integration of our entire consulting expertise in fire protection, emergency medical services, disaster management and organisation.
We are professionals at mediating between different stakeholders and target groups. We speak their “languages” and can therefore successfully act as “cultural translators”.
