Standards enable units to handle operations effectively and efficiently. They help make measures effective more quickly and thus accelerate their success. Since standards provide personnel with greater security, accident risks are reduced. Fire departments and emergency response units of any organizational form and size benefit from this.
Our Workshops:
Methodical Approach and Implementation
Our workshops are primarily about achieving a common understanding of the approach and the deployment of personnel and technology in various scenarios.
An exemplary process may look as follows:
Preparatory on-site inspection of objects; linking previous findings from needs and development planning and the scenarios contained therein
Interactive workshop using PLAYMOBIL® materials (e.g., 2 days with max. 8 managers)
Integration of modern workshop and presentation techniques for the use of site-specific material
In the workshops, we work together on the scenarios to be planned and develop general or object-specific operational standards. All participants are assigned appropriate roles for successful operational execution. As a “Certified Facilitator of PLAYMOBIL pro®“, our consultant Maximilian Maybaum, who also has fire department training, professionally guides you through the entire process.
As a result – depending on requirements – Standard Operating Procedures and/or Tactical Operational Standards are derived.
Standard Operating Procedures
Standard Operating Procedures examine scenarios in detail, providing a comprehensive look at the plant fire department’s approach, the framework conditions to be observed, and the procedure. They thus serve for operational preparation as well as education and training.
Tactical Operational Standards
Tactical Operational Standards provide specific information for types of damage and/or special objects quickly and clearly during an operation. Especially during the approach, they serve as a guide and provide good preparation for the first phase with the most important information – whether for special objects or for typical and atypical keywords.
Innovative and Haptic Methods:
We work within the framework of the workshop with innovative and haptic methods (PLAYMOBIL pro®, table projection of satellite images, or object maps). This allows us to achieve fast, profound results.

With the help of neutral PLAYMOBIL® figures, complex processes, team roles, scenarios, and much more are visualized. Visualization eliminates misunderstandings and creates space for creative solutions. Practical solutions that have a long-term effect are created in a very short time. Along the way, hierarchical hurdles are playfully overcome by involving all participants actively and equally. If required, we supplement the method with further specialist PLAYMOBIL®, so that we can conduct realistic workshops and simulation games.
