Your Responsibilities
You independently develop suitable training concepts for initial training, continuing professional development and further training, as well as staff exercises, which are generally delivered in-house at our clients’ premises. You coordinate project delivery on your own responsibility. In addition, you contribute a smaller portion of your working time to subject-specific technical issues in our consulting projects in the field of civil protection.
Around 50% of your work takes place on site, in-house, at a wide range of clients throughout Germany and at institutes and schools for which we have taken on assignments.
Together with the clients, you develop the appropriate training concept based on your area of expertise and then implement it in coordination with the respective contact persons. This also includes exercises, for example for administrative and operational-tactical staffs of companies and authorities at all levels of civil protection. Our team of consultants and instructors will support you with technical or didactic questions to achieve the best possible result for our clients.
The preparatory and follow-up activities can be arranged flexibly according to your preferences—working from home, on the road, or at our office locations in Hamburg, Viersen or Bad Wimpfen.
Your Profile
– Sense of responsibility and thoroughness
– Practical BOS experience, including training and experience in staff work
– Experience in didactically preparing content and delivering training
– Strong communication skills
– Commitment and ability to work independently
– Quick comprehension and strong abstract thinking skills

Who We Are
We are Lülf+ and optimise emergency response: as consultants, expert assessors and cultural translators. More than 70 experts from over 20 disciplines support clients from the public and private sectors in all matters of needs planning and organisational consulting for emergency response organisations.
Our clients range from Flensburg to Munich and from Krefeld to Cottbus. We advise cities and municipalities, rural districts, professional fire brigades, control centres, emergency medical services, as well as companies including those in the automotive industry or chemical plants, airports or power stations.
In a young and dynamic team, we continuously develop emergency response—and ourselves and our methods. With us, our loyal client base grows, for whom we complete several hundred projects every year across all areas of emergency response.
