Requirement planning for corporate emergency response has gained significant importance in recent years. Many regulatory authorities specifically request the creation of corresponding plans as part of recognition procedures. In this context, state-specific requirements, which vary greatly in scope and level of detail, must be taken into account.

This seminar provides an overview of requirement planning for corporate emergency response (industrial fire department requirement planning, requirement and development planning, etc.). Nico Oestreich

Partner

Nico Oestreich leads the Consulting and Communication department and is part of the management team as an authorized signatory and partner. In more than ten years of consulting experience, he has managed a large number of major and complex projects with a wide range of issues and in various industries. He supplemented his engineering studies at the University of Bonn with a Master’s degree in Disaster Management and Risk Governance. He gained practical experience both in his full-time role as a Senior Fire Official (Brandoberinspektor) with the Hamburg Fire and Rescue Service and as a volunteer fire chief of a volunteer fire department. Nico Oestreich has been a lecturer in emergency response planning for many years and regularly shares our knowledge in a wide variety of events and presentations.

Jan-Peter Zeß

Senior Consultant

Jan-Peter Zeß works with us as a Senior Consultant. Among other things, he gained extensive experience in the planning and organisation of operational emergency response in national and international projects. After studying mechanical engineering and specialising in energy engineering, he worked for six years as a research associate in industrial basic research on turbomachinery. His profile is rounded off by 29 years of experience with the volunteer fire brigade, where he held leadership positions and completed platoon leader training.

Dominik Firle

Senior Consultant

Dominik Firle works with us as a Senior Consultant. As an economist and psychologist, he brings his broad-based training and experience to various issues in needs planning and organizational development. As an association leader and deputy city fire inspector in the Schwalbach Volunteer Fire Department, as well as a trained paramedic, Dominik Firle has built up extensive experience in emergency response.
